2020 Tokyo Olympic Games

Partnered with Kelly Claes, placed 9 th in their Olympic debut at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games. At 24 and 25 years of age, Sponcil and Claes, respectively, were the youngest beach volleyball team to ever represent Team USA in the Olympic Games since its inception as an Olympic sport in 1996. At 24, Sponcil was the second youngest beach volleyball player to ever represent Team USA in the Olympic Games.
